Brad was excellent to work with! We loved his no pressure laid back attitude while searching for a beach condo. Once we made a decision, he left no stone unturned and worked hard for us to get our little piece of paradise. I would highly recommend him whether selling or looking to purchase. Thank you, Brad!

Brad was exceptional. I have had several real estate agents assist me in the past, they were all personable & helpful but Brad went beyond the extra mile. He had compassion for a 92 year old mother trying to sell her home with the help of a 70 year old daughter & 30 year old granddaughter. His compassion was his extra miles with us. He deserves 10 stars.

If you interested in buying or selling a home in Carolina Beach or Wilmington and the surrounding areas I would without a question recommend Brad.
Our contact with Brad was for buying a home in Carolina Beach.Before even looking at condos or houses Brad took me around the island and showed everything the area has to offer.And then later that evening did the same thing for my wife.
I truly believe Brad sincerely wants to help people, not only in buying or selling their property but in life in general. He seems to know everyone in the area.
His communication skills are friendly, helpful and polite BUT when we were having issues with our Lender, Brad made one phone call and suddenly the Lender magically was able to make the Closing date.
Everything to do with buying or selling a property can be and are normally are stressful. Brad made himself available ANYTIME day or night and honestly took away all the stress. Its been a week AFTER Closing and my wife and I still live 300 miles away from the property we purchased. Brad is still going to our condo and checking on it.He has been paid and is still working with us by letting various contractors in and acting as a proxy for my wife and I.
Brad has a super friendly personality and knows how to get the job done.
I would 100% recommend Brad to my family and friends if they are buying or selling a property.

Brad is a Wilmington/CB native with a vast knowledge of the area, a great work ethic, and a keen eye for a solid deal on properties and locations. He'll be available to you around the clock and is always quick to respond be it through text, email or phone calls. He will work hard for you both as your agent, to get you what you want and as a liaison between all the different parties involved in a property sale (other agents, attorneys, lenders, etc).
Brad was my wife and I's buying agent for our first home and he was super helpful guiding us through the process and providing us with detailed information and explanations of everything that was going on and all of the steps we had to take to get it all done properly. The same day we viewed the house we fell in love with, there was another offer put in, and with Brad's help we were still able to secure the sale and then navigate through the completely unfamiliar territory of due diligence and securing out mortgage. I know we didn't necessarily make it easy for him either! Even on the day we closed, Brad met us at the house and worked up quite a sweat helping us knock out some odds and ends that needed fixing, saving us the trouble of having to figure out how to do it ourselves and avoiding the pitfalls of trying to handy work I was completely unfamiliar with.
I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy a home, and I imagine he works just as hard as a selling agent as well, so I have no doubt you'll be very happy if you choose to go use him as your agent. So if you want someone who has a deep knowledge of the area, is sharp as a tack, super hard-working, and dedicated to meeting and exceeding your expectations, then Brad is the man for the job!

Brad should teach a course on how to be a Realtor. That's how good he is. My friend referred him and raved about how good he was, and I will be doing the same. We had record breaking rain and Brad took it upon himself to come to the house with his personal sump pump and waded in the water to get it looking nicer for the open house. I would have never expected a Realtor to go that far for a client.
I never felt pressured into anything, and Brad was supportive every step of the way. My house sold in two weeks, and that shows me that Brad knows what he's doing. He is passionate about his work and it shows.

We recently relocated to Wilmington. We gave Brad our wish list thinking that we'd have better luck finding a unicorn than a home with everything we wanted. Brad was very attentive, listened to what we wanted, and quickly found the perfect house for us. We jokingly call it The Unicorn , because we can't believe we practically got everything we wanted. Finding our ideal home was a result of Brad's availability, knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone in search of realtor in the area. We hope to not have to move again, but if we did, we'd use Brad.

Brad is one of the nicest and hardest working guys you'll meet. He sold our house in record time in a neighborhood where not a lot was selling and when the market was on a downturn. He's always willing to do whatever he can to help you, constantly problem solving and making sure that the deal keeps moving forward to fruition. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.
